Complimentary- 1Hr Session
If this is your first session this is where to start! Come on in for a chat about your goals, where you’re at right now, your unique body and needs, and how we can make a program that’s perfect for you! We’ll also go through a few easy, basic movements to assess how your joints are and to get a feel for your movement patterns.
$65/1 Hr Session
Personal training offers a warm, encouraging space where you can focus on your goals with a program and guidance specifically tailored to you and your body. It’s about building strength, confidence, and healthy habits- with someone in your corner the whole way. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, looking for a little guidance to get you started, or an ongoing supportive experience, I’ll be there cheering you on!
$50/person/1hr Session ($100/hr total)
Bring a friend or partner and share your time while each of you receives training and a program tailored to your own unique goals, needs, and abilities. If this is your first session please book in for a complimentary initial consultation first.
$100/ 1 hr Session
A one-off, 60-minute session to assess your functional movement and mobility patterns, and cardiovascular fitness. Ideal if you want clarity about where your fitness is right now and guidance on what to focus on next. No obligation to continue training.
PLEASE NOTE: All sessions take place at Bayside Gym. Training fees do not include gym membership or drop-in fees. Memberships and passes can be arranged directly through the gym or through their website

CLASSES

Saturdays 9:30-10:30am- Quadra Island Community Center, Room 3 (upstairs)- Fee:$10 drop-in (Starting Saturday January 10th)

Experience the flow and relaxation of Tai Chi as you learn the foundational principles and 24 movements of Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi in this welcoming 12 week series. Our practice  focuses on the physical aspects of Tai Chi combining gentle movements and deep breathing to promote balance, flexibility, and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels, and suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience who would like to review the movements in detail.

Build on your foundation and deepen your Tai Chi practice in this ongoing intermediate-level drop-in class. Designed for those with a bit of prior experience in Yang Style Short Form, this class focuses on refining form, improving flow, enhancing balance, and developing strength. Let’s build on what we’ve been working on to explore the more complex aspects of Tai Chi to promote mind-body harmony and resilience.

Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm- Quadra Island Community Center, Room 3 (upstairs)- Fee: $10 drop-in (Starting January 15th)

Strengthen your core and support your whole body with this Pilates based core class. Using controlled movements, breathwork, and pelvic floor connection, we’ll target the deep muscles of the core, the glutes, and back to build stability, improve posture and pelvic floor function, and enhance overall strength. Suitable for all levels looking to challenge their core in a mindful, relaxing evening class Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Mats available or bring your own if you’d prefer.

Wednesdays 11:00am-12:00pm- Quadra Legion- Fee: By donation to Quadra Circle

SPONSORED BY QUADRA CIRCLE. Get moving to uplifting music to build cardio, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and coordination while seated, or standing if you’d like! This is a fun, sociable, seniors class with a great group of people. Come beforehand for mahjong, and stay after for a hot lunch!
