Hi, I'm Nicki personal trainer on beautiful Quadra Island.
Fitness, to me, is about joy, freedom, and feeling at home in your body. Here on Quadra Island, I’ve found an incredible community of strong, inspiring, like-minded people, and my work is rooted in supporting that community through movement that feels welcoming, effective, and sustainable.
I work with people at all stages of their fitness journey from midlife through older adulthood, many of whom are new to fitness or returning to it. Whether your goal is to age well, improve balance, build strength for daily life, or simply feel more confident in your body, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
My approach is kind, non-intimidating, and evidence-based. I focus on functional strength, balance, mobility, and aging well, helping people build confidence in everyday movement and celebrate what their bodies are capable of at every age.
